Quit energy drinks, one day at a time.
Canless counts the days since your last energy drink, and what those days gave back: the cans you did not open, the caffeine and the sugar you did not drink, and the money that stayed in your pocket. It is a quiet daily check-in, not a lecture. Canless is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. If you have questions about caffeine and your health, talk to a healthcare professional.

Answer “still canless today?” and your streak grows. Miss a day and a shield covers it, so one bad evening is not the end of a hundred good ones.
Tap “I had one” and the clock starts again from now — your badges, your cravings, your totals and your longest run all stay, and the day still counts as a day you showed up.
Cans not had, caffeine in milligrams, sugar in grams and sugar cubes, and money in your own currency at your own price per can. Every figure says what it assumes.
What commonly happens twelve hours, two days, a week, a month and a year after the last can — every entry with the study or the guideline it comes from, one tap away.
A minute of breathing, a sourced fact, and two honest answers at the end: it passed, or it did not. Both are worth logging.
Tell Canless how many you drink and when you want to be at zero, and it plans the way down — a daily allowance that walks to zero. Free, like every counter.
No account, no sign-up, no server. Your whole progress is one file on your device; you can export it as a backup and import it on a new phone, free.
Most people who quit energy drinks do it alone, with nothing marking the days but willpower. Canless gives the attempt a shape: a clock that only moves forward while you do, numbers that translate the streak into money and caffeine and sugar, and a button for the moment a craving hits. The content is education, never a lecture — every health claim in the app cites a primary source you can open from the screen it appears on, from EFSA and WHO to the peer-reviewed withdrawal literature.
Every counter is free, forever — the days, the money, the caffeine, the sugar, the streak, the timeline, the craving button, the taper and the manual backup. The free version shows a small banner ad served by Google AdMob. Premium — monthly, yearly, or a one-off lifetime purchase — adds:

An optional Premium (monthly, yearly, or a one-off lifetime purchase) removes the ads and adds craving insights, a savings goal, notes, extra reminder nudges and automatic backup.

You tap “I had one” and the clock starts again from now. Your badges, your logged cravings, your lifetime totals and your longest run all stay — a slip gives no can back, so the app does not take anything back either. The day still counts as a day you showed up.
Canless is an Android app, coming soon to Google Play. Other platforms may follow later.
