Why it exists
On Android, most camera apps request audio focus the moment they open the microphone — and that is what pauses whatever you were listening to. Lift Recorder sidesteps the whole problem by recording video without an audio track. Your coach cares about your movement and form, not gym noise, so the trade is an easy one: the music never stops, and no copyrighted audio ends up baked into a clip you might share.

Does Lift Recorder pause my music while I record?
No. It records video only and never opens the microphone, so Android keeps Spotify, YouTube Music, or any other app playing while you film your set.
